Hy, I am Manisha Shrivastav!

I worked previously in the textile industry for 9 years at a 12-hour shift. While being there, I faced a lot of health issues, like weight gain, thyroid, blood pressure, and migraine. I visited a doctor, but nothing worked. In 2022, I took a health and fitness coach guidance and started taking healthy nutrition. And guess what? It worked as a great surprise for me. I lost 10 kg in just 2 months. and even I'm not taking any medicine. 

Further, I started Anshika Health and Wellness Center because I saw certain missing gaps in the field of weight loss/gain and people searching for answers. We are a Health and wellness centre providing free nutritionist consultation services related to weight loss/gain diets and other therapeutic diets.
